A Sora, maybe four different, gave me
quite a viewing a couple of days ago. Feeding
chicks was obviously the cause of the event.
I was only able to see a couple of chicks briefly,
but what a treat.
A Solitary Sandpiper also made a appearance.
A first year snowshoe hare also let me sit
near by and observe it's snacking activity.
Cheers,
Dave
P.S. I hope I've named the critters correctly, I'm
beginning to get a complex!
