[Maine-birds] Winterport Birds

A Baltimore Oriole coming to our yard since Nov. 3 appeared again on this first day of Spring.  I guess you could say that it successfully wintered over, even though winter clearly is not over.  

Also with the snow came the return of a large number of redpolls.  Around 150+ birds with one Hoary among them were zipping from the feed to the trees.  Here is a link to my photo of the Hoary with a few Commons;  http://www.flickr.com/photos/93083291@N07/8574736989/
