[Maine-birds] Popham Beach - Mar 04

Nice to be able to get down to Popham and tromp around the Lagoon and Salt Marsh.  Not too many birds around (and no Snowy Owls), but a small foraging flock
in the dunes comprised of 4 Horned Larks and 3 Lapland Longspurs.

2 of the longspurs were males, moulting into alternate plumage, with prominent chestnut patches on their napes.  The female was quite buffy, with a prominent chestnut panel on her mid-wing.
