Despite some forbidding conditions, Northern Maine has begun to see the arrival of the first spring migrants...especially in the past few days. I summarized the observations and reports to date in a post on the the Northern Maine Birds blog. I also posted a few nice pictures (mostly not mine).
The Presque Isle Snowy Owls continue.
