Re: [Maine-birds] Osprey migration question from Bath area

We saw some osprey earlier in the week as well here in Biddeford. I'm sure some leave a little earlier than others but I don't think it's odd yet for them to still be hanging around.

All the osprey nests which were occupied this year around here that I keep an eye on have been empty for at least 2 weeks, except for one.  There is one individual still hanging around the nest, either on it or perched on the post next to it.  Is this unusual for this time of year?  The nest definitely had at least one young this year.
