[Maine-birds] Sharp-shinned and Cooper's Hawks - Gray

Was watching a small slate-gray hawk finish its meal of a Cardinal under my feeders (I did not witness the attack, thank goodness) late this afternoon when suddenly a nearly identical-looking, but much larger hawk swooped in and scared the smaller one away. After consulting my field guides, I believe they were a Sharp-shinned and a Cooper's, respectively. That was exciting!
