This afternoon around 4:45 Jim and I watched a SEOW hunting in the marsh in front of our home. We watched it make multiple dives, one directly across the road from the house, while it circled around the marsh. We had great looks at its striking facial pattern and bold wing markings. It later settled in a patch of grass; we lost sight of it after sunset.
