[Maine-birds] Short eared owl at BIA

We saw a Short-eared Owl initially resting on the ground and then what appeared to be actively hunting along the runway of Bangor International Airport.  We viewed him from an unplowed parking area off Hildreth Street at 11:30 this AM.  There was also a Northern Shrike in the field at the corner of Hammond and Hildreth.
