[Maine-birds] Possible Black Vulture

A non-birder friend took this photo at the Windham Communications towers this afternoon. Sure looks like a Black to me...short tail, paddle-like wings, small head projection. Pam Jordan and I (and several other birders) looked hard for the bird this morning with no luck. This photo taken in the afternoon. Looks BLVU to me. Thoughts? I am going back tomorrow for sure.
