[Maine-birds] Additional Highlights This Week and New Arrivals, 5/18-25

Hi all,
Just a few additional sightings of note from the past seven days during a busy week (for me, less so for birds), not including my Monhegan Island report that I already posted here:
- 1 Red-bellied Woodpecker, Brave Boat Harbor Road, York, 5/22 (with Jeannette).
- 8 PURPLE SANDPIPERS, The Nubble, Cape Neddick, 5/22 (with Jeannette).
- 1 apparently territorial (been present in same spot for almost three weeks), RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET, Florida Lake Park, Freeport, 5/23.
- major influx of Cedar Waxwings this week, such as 75-100 at Fort Foster on 5/22 and 50+ in Downtown Portland on 5/24.

And my personal "FOY's" this week were as follows:
2 Laughing Gulls, Marshall Point, Port Clyde, 5/18 (with tour group).
1 Common Nighthawk, Monhegan Island, 5/18 (with tour group).
1 Mourning Warbler, Monhegan Island, 5/19 (with tour group).
1 Willow Flycatcher, Monhegan Island, 5/19 (with tour group).
75+ Least Terns, Wells Harbor, 5/22 (with Jeannette).
1 Black-billed Cuckoo, Florida Lake Park, 5/23.
