[Maine-birds] Brunswick Snowy Owl

Just checked out Brunswick Landing (old Navy base) and there is one
Snowy Owl on the far runway / taxiway / service road viewed from the old
Kestrel building (the first very large hangers after the main entrance).
From the Kestrel parking area, on the far side is an orange and white
checkered building, to the right on the runway are a number of "things"
(about 8 low orange in color and a few other barriers of some kind). The
owl was apparently on the ground in the middle of the low orange
barriers as of 1pm today. A scope helps a lot.
