[Maine-birds] Schoodic CBC

January 1, 2019 marked the day of the Schoodic (Point) CBC.
25 participants produced a list of 61 species.
Surprisingly, not one Ruffed Grouse was spotted.

Highlights included: 3 Dovekie, 3 Thick-billed Murre, 91 Black-legged Kittiwake, 59 Razorbill,
4 Northern Gannet, 54 Harlequin Duck, 2 Hooded Merganser, 1 Common Merganser, 1 Common Grackle,
1 Red-winged Blackbird, 6 Pine Siskin, and 22 Pine Grosbeak.
One Northern Harrier and 1 Barred Owl were the only raptors in addition to 7 Bald Eagle.
