[Maine-birds] Mercy Ponds in Portland - beside Mercy Hospital

FYI:

Because I was in the area, I was going to walk around the ponds this morning for some exercise and with hopes to discover the first early arriving Night Heron. 

Not sure what the big orange/red tarp covering the entire fence around the pond is for, but it certainly blocks the pond view!  I hope it gets taken down soon, but ……………………….who knows?
