[Maine-birds] Setting up boxes and feeders, info request

Hi, I am new to Maine since last summer. I have purchased a parcel of land in rural Brunswick, near Cox Pinnacle. I am planning on landscaping in a manner that attracts birds readily. I know some things and have ideas, but I could really use some more learned advice now in the planning stage. I've got woods, meadows and fields, loads of running water, a little pond...  Anybody in the group really knowledgeable about this sort of thing and willing to walk with me on the property a bit, sharing ideas?
