[Maine-birds] This Week's Highlights, 6/6-12

Hi all,
My observations of note over the past seven days included the following:
- RED CROSSBILLS, presumably undergoing post-breeding dispersal are arriving on the coastal plain. I heard small, likely family groups, fly-over at Mill Brook Preserve in Westbrook on 6/8 (with Jeannette); Woodward Point Preserve, Brunswick, 6/9, and one bird over our yard in Pownal on 6/10.
- 1 Black-billed Cuckoo (FOY), Florida Lake Park, Freeport, 6/6 (with private Birding Bucks Birdwalk group).
- 1 migrant Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Hedgehog Mountain Park, Freeport, 6/10.
- 1 CASPIAN TERN, Pine Point Co-op, Scarborough, 6/11.
- 1 adult POMARINE JAEGER, Pine Point Beach, Scarborough, 6/11. Photo here:
