Observation start time: 11:00:00 Observation end time: 16:00:00 Total observation time: 3.5 hours Official Counter Andrew Sharp Observers:
Visitors:
2 visitors today.
Weather:
Late start today due to rain, and was interrupted by more rain in the middle. Winds were moderate and out of the north.
Raptor Observations:
Not much moving today, likely due to all the precipitation that was south of us for most of the day.
Non-raptor Observations:
Very little non-raptor migration either. A single Tree Swallow was spotted flying north. 11 species were detected from the summit.
Predictions:
Moderate NW winds tomorrow, we hope to see some decent migration after a day of birds being help up by poor weather. Temps will start off chilly, around 29 F, and will rise to just above 40F. We expect a partly cloudy sky, helpful for spotting raptors.
