[Maine-birds] Horned Larks, Turner

Hello All,

There were 21 Horned Larks on Pearl Road between Upper and Lower Roads in Turner this morning.

14 Common Mergansers were below the Falls and a dozen or so each of American Robins, Cedar Waxwings and Pine Grosbeaks were being harassed by a Cooper's Hawk.

No unusual gulls were found.

70 Common Redpolls were at a feeder on Stetson Road which runs between Center St and North River Road in Auburn.

The LIttle Andy Boat Launch is proving to be a good spot for Common Goldeneyes, Common and Hooded Merganser.  This is in Auburn just above the Cedar Street Bridge across the Androscoggin and behind Rolly's Diner.

Happy Birding,

Dan Nickerson
