[Maine-birds] Bath Landfill Golden Eagle - Sunday Morning

The continuing Golden Eagle was photographed (from the yellow gate) by a couple from CT this morning (8:15).  Thus the last four sightings have been when the landfill was closed.  Just sayin'.  Ten minutes later, the pile was occupied by crows and starlings, w/ a few imm Bald Eagles.  Essentially no gulls.  A search of the Kennebec also turned up no gulls.  I did not find their roost this morning.

At dawn on the marshes around Popham Beach, the only birds were many Black Ducks and a few crows.  No owls of any stripe.
