Phippsburg, Me Map 6 Small Point, Hidden Ledges Rd
Yesterday, visited one of my favorite warbler swamp areas (east end Hidden Ledges Rd). Have been there twice daily for a week, but no birds. Yesterday, heard first American Redstart! Couldn't find it, but could hear it loud and clear repeated vocalizations for about 5 mins. Only bird I heard, not one other. Even the two chickadees I saw were silent!
