[Maine-birds] breeding codes

Hi All,

Fed. 24th i saw an eagle standing on the nest site at the Sanford Lagoons.  I entered it "ON Occupied Nest (Confirmed)"      Is this the right code?  Is " ON Occupied Nest (Confirmed)"  code only to be used if it is  laying down on in the nest on eggs?

Which code should be used if  this was the wrong one?
