Re: [Maine-birds] Eagle nest building.

Have seen a bald eagle fly along the Ogunquit river twice in the midmorning after a snowstorm, covering the ground and making the river a better source for breakfast.  Presumably the eagle nests over in the hills in Berwick  or York - a surprise on the estuary in Ogunquit!

Observing two eagles on the nest. One of them hopped of the nest so the other one could move sticks around. Also mate brought a stick. 
At Sanford lagoons. The nest is to the right as you walk in through the gate, in tall pines.
