The snow and ice of the last few days have brought a few more birds to the feeders- have seen song sparrows very rarely this winter but a pair was around yesterday along with 3 or 4 tree sparrows, lots of goldfinches, cardinals, mourning doves, starlings, chickadees etc. I envy all those folks who are seeing bluebirds- I've had none coaxed in by the mealworms I put out.
