[Maine-birds] NO Short-eared Owl

I was at Seavey's Landing, Scarborough Marsh from 6:07 through 7:38 this morning, and was NOT successful in seeing the SEOW. Charles Duncan and I had seen it very briefly there on November 17th at 6:32am, and Tod Abrams saw it there at 7:18am on November 18th. Two people were with me the entire time, and a third arrived about 7am.
