We are dripping in Flycatchers today and there's no shortage of
warblers, especially YELLOW, BLACKPOLL, BAY BREASTED, CHESTNUT
SIDED, CANADA, WILSON, BLACKBURNIAN WARBLERS & COMMON YELLOWTHROATS,
The main bird, though, isn't quite here yet. It's still in the egg,
snug and warm under a GANNET.
That first egg was wet and shining after the Gannet left the nest at
6AM. It appears to have been laid just minutes before as I watched
the nest.
