[Maine-birds] Beech Hill, Rockport, 1.8.13

My friend Brian Willson, who birds Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport
every day, photographed a lingering flicker there yesterday. The
individual (assuming there's only this one) has been hanging around
there consistently; perhaps it's going to stay the winter?
