[Maine-birds] SNOWY OWL ROUTE

I just checked with Machias Seal Island and there have been at least 2 Snowy Owls through there in the past 3 days. Also at least one reported from Grand Manan.
This tends to support the theory that they are crossing out of Nova Scotia.
I would point out that I have often observed SAW-WHET OWLS migrating along this route, departing Nova Scotia from the general area of Brier Island and moving through White Head Island (Grand Manan), Machias Seal Island and on towards mid-coast Maine.
