I saw a Snowy Owl get flushed by dogs out on Seapoint this afternoon, it
first flew towards the parking lot, then across the beach and over the
berm into the marshes, finally settling down behind Crescent Beach. Those
wide white wings catch the light much like a Snowy Egret's wings.

Later, I met Hannah Frank in the parking lot and she said she saw 3
Snowies all at once out on Seapoint a few mornings ago.
Shorebirds were good today, at the beginning of Crescent Beach were 5
Ruddy Turnstones and a Dunlin working the wrack

Then on the NE corner of the point, the resident Purple Sandpiper flock
numbered 53 today, not including a sixth Ruddy Turnstone

Also worth noting, a GBH flyover heading down Chauncy Creek, 1 Horned
Grebe, 1 Surf Scoter, 3 Bufflehead, 9 Song Sparrows, and 2 American
Pipits.
