[Maine-birds] Webber Pond, Bremen

woke to a different quality of light on Wednesday and realized that the pond had closed in--last night it was up to full volume cracking and booming--so no more ducks except for the mallards who usually fly in with the storms--(pond closing earlier than last year!)
to my delight the red-bellied woodpecker appeared today and spent time on the feeder and at the suet--
all the usual little birds were active--we'll see what the storm brings--
