As for Bill Sheehan's photo, I drove up to the County after his post, but could not find the Blue Arrow. It would have been a lifer. I think Mike's got an albino woodchuck peering out of its hole, or a mooring ball adrift in high seas, or something else altogether which is typical of a modernist's abstractions.  It's left for you to decide and, to make your own.
