Re: [Maine-birds] Snowy Owls map

If you look at eBird range maps and go down the coast, you'll see that Snowy Owls are presently being reported as far south as Cape Hatteras.

If you have Google Earth show the CBC circles for Maine, you find that almost all of the sightings fall within 6 circles. If they all stick around until the CBC's, I would think we'll set some Snowy Owl records. This will probably be true for NH & CT, too, given the sightings they've had.
Given the size of this irruption, it'd be interesting to see all the sightings plotted as you've done for Maine.
