Turned onto Austin Rd to check on continued presence of odd-ball Little Blue Heron (not there today) and bumped into a very flighty BG Gnatcatcher (female). Got a few squeaks out of her while she was avoiding sitting for a portrait.
In the small bare, bushes and trees in the corner where the small stream drains a tiny marsh and crosses under Austin Rd thru a culvert. --
