[Maine-birds] Blackhawk Incident

I saw the post from Chris about the gentleman complaining about birders blocking the path or walkway used by the blind in that part of the park. My daughter works for the Iris Network and I asked if there hard been any complaints from their tenants. The Iris Network buildings are just south on Park ave where the bird and birders are stationing. She told me there have been no complaints of anyone impeding or blocking the way for blind or visually impaired people. She checked with a few tenants and employees and not one complaint has been made. She believes it may be someone acting on their own volition who thinks the birders are some how making it difficult for the blind to navigate this area. This appears to be a individual with his own agenda.
