Hi! I'm heading up to camp at Baxter next week and I was wondering if anybody had any updates about Three Toed Woodpeckers in or near the park. There hasn't been an eBird report for the group near the Nesowadnehunk campground since 2017, although there have been more recent reports about ones on Harvester Road (which I won't be able to make it to). Does anyone know if they are still there? I see some checklists without woodpeckers recently, but has anybody thoroughly searched the area? Any suggestions on ATTW or other interesting birds/sites near the west side of the park would be greatly appreciated.
