[Maine-birds] Cumberland Siskins and late Magnolia Warbler

Hey all,
I had stopped feeding the birds last year as I wanted to spend some time tracking them around my property and neighborhood to see more of where their natural food sources were located. It was a very interesting and informative expirement, but all good things come to an end and yesterday I activated the feeder station again. Nothing much appeared there yesterday afternoon apart from a single chickadee. But this morning it has been picking  up and I was fortunate enough to join the long list of Siskin reporters with a group of 5 visiting a few times. I have had 12 species in the last 4 hours, mostly the expected old friends returning. The one major surprise though was a late Magnolia Warbler. It was not at the feeders but was bouncing around the trees above. Likely brought in by the increased activity.

Cheers and thanks everyone for the postings!
