[Maine-birds] Northern Shoveler - Payson Park

I stopped in Payson Park, Portland, at lunch today to scan the gulls. Sometimes I find tagged gulls there.
When I scanned this time I found 2 Laughing Gulls & a drake Northern Shoveler.
They were on the ball field below the sledding hill.
