All of a sudden the barred owls are appearing. Saw one Tues. AM on Rte. 9 in Biddeford, the stretch between Granite Pt. Rd. and the water tower. Weds. at 3 PM sighted one again on Rte. 9 about 4 miles away. May have been the same one but this time was perched on an overhead line within a mile of the Clock Farm headed south. Turning into my road in West K. at 4 PM had yet another fly up through the snow into the pines. Sharon in West K.
