Re: [Maine-birds] lapland longspurs cape elizabeth

Thanks to Rafael for posting the Lapland Longspurs.  The two are indeed very cooperative and still there as of 1:30. Photo below:

On the way out via parking lot at Cape schools (behind middle school), I saw 2 lapland longspurs feeding on some grass exposed by snowmelt.  very tame.  1st big lot on your right as you drive towards rear of school.  

closing shop now for an hour to find that King Eider Derek just posted about!!
