[Maine-birds] Noel No Owl downeast

We scoured the blueberry barrens downeast. Snow: no show. We checked
Deblois, Columbia, the old radar site, Jonesport, and Little Machias Bay
without turning up an owl...or much of anything else save for a couple of
flocks of snow buntings in Columbia.
