This morning I went to Biddeford Pool for the first time in hopes of finding a Snowy Owl. I tell ya ! it didnt take long at all!! When I drove onto Mile Stretch Rd. I spotted the beautiful bird perched on a rooftop. I got some fantastic views of this incredible animal !! I even got to see him or her take off in flight and I was rewarded with some great closeups of this Snowy Owl. I then drove to East Point Sanctuary where I saw two more Snowy Owls!!! INCREDIBLE !! These two were seen on Wood Island not across the bay. I also saw my first ever Red Throated Loon!! There were plenty of Common Eiders and Surf Scoters out on the water as well. If you havent seen these owls GET OUT THERE ! Great day of Birding !! Good Birding Everyone !!!
