[Maine-birds] Iceland, Thayer's or Hybrid?

I've been trying all winter to improve my gull ids, I took these photos today at the Portland Fish Pier, tertials mostly brown, tail is speckled, neat and checkered markings on plumage, etc., I guess my question is which is it!

Thanks for any input, my guess is a darker Kumlien's but I'm not sure
