[Maine-birds] Thayer's Gull?

This gull was behind TD Bank in Westbrook, smaller than the nearby Herring Gulls which it would not associate with, smaller headed, pink wash on breast, never flew, just sat there by its lonesome, maybe its wishful thinking on my part
