[Maine-birds] This Week's Highlights, 12/1-7

Hi all,
My non-black-hawk observations of note over the past seven days included:
- 1 Evening Grosbeak, 2 Winter Wrens, and 1 Swamp Sparrow, Fort Foster, Kittery, 12/3 (with Jeannette).
- 1 AMERICAN COOT and 1 pair GADWALLS, Grondin Pond, Scarborough, 12/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 continuing EASTERN PHOEBE and 1 continuing Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Pond Cove, Cape Elizabeth, 12/4.
- 1++ fly-over Common Redpoll, Hedgehog Mountain Park, Freeport, 12/5.
- 1 Evening Grosbeak and 1 Northern Flicker, Wharton Point, Brunswick, 12/6.
- 3 Swamp Sparrows, private property in Cape Elizabeth, 12/7.
- 1 continuing AMERICAN COOT, one continuing pair GADWALLS, and 2 female GREEN-WINGED TEAL, Grondin Pond, Scarborough, 12/7 (with Pat Moynahan).
