It would help if people posted their location, especially if they are reporting something they feel is historically significant.

We had a splendid female Evening grosbeak at our bird bath today.First one we have seen since we moved into this house 27 years ago.It got a few sips in, but a very aggressive male robin attacked it repeatedly and it flew off.The robin wanted to take a bath all by itself...and it did.CMurray--
