Re: [Maine-birds] Snowy Owl Trenton

I took my daughter down today at 1:00pm and just as the snow started a snowy flew across the field seen from the entrance road and landed on a structure in the middle of the field. We had a good but long view from the biplane ride parking lot on Route 3. Watched for about 20 min and it flew out of sight in the snow. Great life bird for both of us. Thanks for all of the previous posts that made it possible.

2 owls present now. one sitting atop a black and red marker in the field to the left of the main entrance Road, the other had been sitting on a beige rooftop to the right of long-term parking, subsequently flew in perched on top an Old Island Explorer bus further away.
