[Maine-birds] Mystery feather

Anyone good at feather ID out there?  I found this beauty on my family's hillside farm in central NH. It's about 8-10" long. Using the ID key in the Feather Atlas, I thought it looked most like a broad-winged, sharp-shinned, or Cooper's hawk feather - but none of the pictures matched well enough for me to make a positive ID.  I did spot a pair of sharpies interacting in flight, off in the distance. (Sorry for the non-Maine post, but since all these species also breed in Maine, I thought the ID would be of interest to Maine birders.)
