[Maine-birds] 3 Black Scoters @ Dyer Cove in Cape E.

I saw 2 males and a female in Dyer Cove while waiting for my Haddock boat at the Lobster Shack in Cape Elizabeth.  Didn't think much of it, but I see some listed on the last RBA so I thought I'd put that out there.
