MDI to Dyer Brook today, but spent most of time indoors and within the confines of my moving car. Got to enjoy a return via US Rte 2 from Dyer Brook through Sherman, Silver Ridge, Macwahoc, Mattawamkeag, Winn and Chester. Way more interesting than the old I-95 route. Potato fields in full white bloom, picture perfect.
Sherman off I-95 northbound: 3 Osprey on nest platform
Island Falls Rte 2 west heading toward Sherman: 4 Am Kestrels at least
Sherman Rte 2 / Silver Ridge: 2 more Am. Kestrels at least
