There was a Tennessee Warbler singing in the yard this morning, well south of its breeding range. It's probably a failed nester that shifted south. This was a regular occurrence in the 1980s. Tennessee Warblers would set up short term "territories" for a few days or weeks well south of their normal range
Also, a Black-throated Blue Warbler singing yesterday (not apparent today), again probably shifting about as they don't nest close by.
