[Maine-birds] WEstbrook Bald Eagle(s)

Hi,
I am always very happy to see Bald Eagles anywhere, especially so close to home.  I am just hoping that someone can answer a question.  Is it likely that the BE that we see over the Presumpscot, during winter, in Westbrook, is/are the same individual(s), or if it is more likely that it is different birds just passing thru?  Also, I am wondering if any nesting pairs are known to be close to Westbrook?

Thanks for any answers, Kat

I was also very excited to see my first Eastern Bluebirds in my backyard last week!  and a Carolina Wren at the suet during the Arctic Vortex, I sure hope that it and most of it's friends survive this cold winter.
