This morning I scoped the outer Weskeag pools from the upper hillside
vantage point. The pools are currently replenished with small fish and
a number of post-breeding waders were congregated there in a single
pool: 4 great egrets; 6 gbh; 16 snowy egrets; 1 glossy ibis; both
yellowleg species and a few peeps.
